Yes. To ensure our design perfectly complements the architecture, atmosphere, and natural character of your celebration, we recommend securing your venue first.

While the Vineyard is our home base, we are always delighted to bring the Always June aesthetic to select venues and private residences throughout Atlanta and the South Metro area.

How far in advance should I reach out to begin the design process?

For weddings and elaborate celebrations, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance to allow for a thoughtful, curated design process. For showers, milestone celebrations, and other social gatherings, a minimum of 6 weeks is ideal.

We accept bookings up to one year in advance for clients who wish to secure their date early.

What is the typical investment for Always June styling?

Every Always June event is a bespoke creation, tailored to the architecture of your venue and the depth of your vision. Full-service Always June experiences begin with a minimum investment of $2,800.

Absolutely. The Always June Effect is rooted in giving you peace of mind. Our full-service design experiences include installation and post-event breakdown, allowing you to enjoy your celebration while our team handles the details behind the scenes.

How do I secure my date on the Always June calendar?

To ensure each celebration receives the attention it deserves, Always June accepts a limited number of events.

Your date is officially reserved once your styling agreement has been signed and the required booking retainer has been received. From there, we begin the exciting process of bringing your Always June experience to life.

We love the idea of an outdoor event, but what happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Outdoor celebrations require thoughtful contingency planning, and we believe that planning for the weather is part of designing well for the outdoors.

For celebrations at private residences and other outdoor settings, we will work with you to identify an appropriate weather contingency plan. Depending upon the property, weather conditions, lead time, and vendor availability, options may include incorporating pop-up or commercial-size tenting so that your celebration can continue as planned. Any additional tenting, rentals, labor, delivery, installation, permitting, or other costs required to accommodate a weather-related change are the responsibility of the client and are subject to vendor availability.

If conditions make proceeding safely or appropriately impractical, we can also explore moving your Always June services to the next mutually available date, subject to our availability, contractual terms, and any additional costs associated with the change.

For celebrations at Norwood Vineyard & Gardens, the Vineyard maintains its own weather contingency plan and works directly with its clients regarding venue placement. When a celebration must transition from an outdoor Vineyard setting, Always June will work within the designated contingency space to adapt the styling as appropriately as possible.

Because weather conditions are beyond our control, payments are not refundable due to inclement weather. Our goal is always to plan thoughtfully, remain flexible, and help protect the beauty and experience of your celebration whenever conditions allow.

Do you offer full-service event planning, or are you focused on the decor?

Always June specializes in event design and styling. While an event planner or coordinator manages timelines, logistics, and overall flow of the event, we focus on the visual experience, creating and directing the tablescapes, florals, installations, specialty areas, and design details that transform the space.

For celebrations at Norwood Vineyard & Gardens, we work collaboratively with Vineyard management and the event professionals involved in your celebration to help create a cohesive experience from design through execution.

Can you truly transform a private backyard or private poolside into a luxury event setting?

Absolutely. Private outdoor settings are among our favorite canvases. We begin with the natural beauty and character of your property and layer in the design elements needed to create an elevated celebration that feels intentional, cohesive, and distinctly yours.

Depending upon the vision, this may include beautiful tablescapes, specialty structures, florals, lighting, draping, furnishings, tents, and other carefully selected elements that transform a familiar outdoor space into an extraordinary setting.

Does Always June provide the physical items such as tents, tables, and chairs?

Always June maintains a curated collection of decor and event inventory used throughout our designs. When additional infrastructure or specialty rentals are required, such as tents, tables, chairs, furnishings, or other event-specific pieces, we may provide available Always June inventory or coordinate appropriate rental resources based upon the needs of the celebration.
