Led by Founder and Creative Visionary, Debra Norwood, Always June creates and directs signature celebrations throughout Atlanta and the South Metro area, with Norwood Vineyard & Gardens serving as our primary venue partner and creative home base.

Our production team is made up of dependable, collaborative people who understand that extraordinary events are created not only through beautiful design, but through preparation, teamwork, precision, and care from beginning to end.

Lead Event Stylist | Part-Time | Starting at $25/hour

The Lead Event Stylist serves as the Creative Director’s hands and voice during event production, translating Always June design plans into beautifully executed celebrations while leading the on-site team from preparation through completion.

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced event professional with a refined design eye, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead with calm confidence.

The Lead Event Stylist works alongside the team, overseeing preparation and inventory, directing setup, managing the production timeline, maintaining quality control, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring breakdown and inventory return are completed with the same care given to installation.

We call this Gentle Authority: the ability to lead clearly and confidently while maintaining the collaborative, gracious spirit of the Always June brand.

A strong background in event styling, production, decor installation, or a closely related field is required.

Event Stylist | Part-Time | Starting at $20/hour

Event Stylists are the creative hands behind Always June productions.

Working under the direction of the Creative Director and Lead Event Stylist, Event Stylists help prepare, transport, install, perfect, break down, and return the design elements that bring each celebration to life.

Responsibilities may include tablescape styling, linens, florals, candles, backdrops, signage, decor placement, inventory preparation, loading and unloading, event breakdown, and post-event organization.

Specialized skills such as floral artistry, balloon styling, draping, photography, or other event-production experience are welcomed and may create opportunities for additional assignments.

Event Styling Crew | As Needed

Our Event Styling Crew provides additional support for larger or more production-intensive celebrations.

These team members assist with loading, installation, physical setup, breakdown, inventory return, and other production needs based upon the scope of the event.

The role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy creative event work but require the flexibility of an as-needed schedule.

The Always June Standards

Detail-Obsessed: You notice the candle that is slightly out of place, and you fix it.

Reliable: You understand that event production depends upon every team member arriving prepared, on time, and ready to work.

Professional: You represent Always June with grace and respect when interacting with clients, venues, vendors, and fellow team members.

Collaborative: There are no egos in beautiful execution. We communicate, support one another, and work toward one share vision.

Capable: Event production is physical work. Team members must be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in varying outdoor conditions when appropriate.

The Hiring Process

We believe the right team fit matters just as much as technical ability.

Selected candidates may participate in a collaborative interview with Always June and, when appropriate, members of Norwood Vineyard & Gardens management. Candidates for production roles may also be invited to participate in a paid hands-on working interview so that we can experience how we work together in a real production environment.

We look for people who bring skill, reliability, initiative, professionalism, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine appreciation for beautiful details.

Please forward 3-5 photographs of your event styling, decor installations, tablescapes, florals, or other relevant work that demonstrates your design eye and execution ability to hello@alwaysjunedesigns.com after submitting your application.

Portfolio submissions are optional for Event Stylist applicants.
