Based at our flagship venue, Norwood Vineyard & Gardens, we are a creative house dedicated to the fine art of celebration. We are currently curating a team of detail-obsessed, high-energy individuals who want to help us set the standard for luxury event styling in Atlanta and beyond.

Decor Assistant (Part-Time Lead)
This is a consistent, technical role for someone looking to be the “right hand” of our installations.
The Specialty: High proficiency in organic balloon styling (garlands, walls, and custom installations) is a non-negotiable requirement.
The Eye: A natural sense of color, balance, and precision for both balloons and floral accents.
The Role: You will work side-by-side with our Lead Designer to prep, install, and perfect every visual element.
Production Crew (Flex-Roster)
This is our “On-Call” dream team — perfect for those who want creative weekend work with total flexibility.
The Role: Assisting with the heavy lifting, precision setup, and flawless “strikes” (breakdown) of our signature events.
The Vibe: High energy, reliable, and ready to jump in when our calendar gets busy.
The Benefit: On-call availability; join us for the “Grand Reveals” that fit your schedule.
The Always June Standard
Detail-Obsessed: You notice the one candle that’s out of place.
Reliable: You understand that “on-time” in the event world means 15 minutes early.
Professional: You represent Always June with grace at premiere estates like Norwood Vineyard.
Capable: Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods in varying weather (we love an outdoor vineyard setup!).
Pay: Starting at $20/hr (Commensurate with specialized balloon/floral skills).
