Let’s work together
We’re building a creative team that enjoys bringing beautiful events together with flawless execution.
Join the Artistry: The 2026 Always June Production Team
At Always June, we don’t just decorate; we produce moments that linger in the memory. Our vision is led by our Creative Director and Visionary, Debra Norwood. Following a season of growth, we are expanding our production team to include dedicated artists who can translate our Signature Experiences and Inspired Possibilities into flawless reality. Based at our flagship venue, Norwood Vineyard & Gardens, we are a creative house dedicated to the fine art of celebration.
We are currently seeking two distinct roles to join our creative team of detail-obsessed, high-energy individuals who want to help us set the standard for bespoke event styling in the South Atlanta area.
Open Roles
Event/Decor Assistant & Signature Balloon Stylist (Part-Time Production Crew)
This is a creative role for someone who excels at specialized artistry but is ready to pitch in on every layer of the design.
The Role: Working with the production crew under the supervision of our Lead Designer to prep, install, and perfect every vision element, especially completing organic balloon installations. This role requires a cheerful and deeply collaborative presence.
The Specialty: High-level proficiency in organic balloon styling (garlands, walls, and custom installations) is a non-negotiable requirement.
The Eye: A natural sense of color, balance, and precision for both balloons and floral accents.
The Versatility: On days without balloons, you are a core Decor Assistant, prepping linens, styling tablescapes, and assisting the Lead Decorator with the full venue transformation.
Production Crew (Flex-Roster Crew)
This is our “On-Call” dream team — perfect for those who want creative weekend work with total flexibility.
The Role: Assisting with the heavy lifting, precision setup, and flawless “strikes” (breakdown) of our signature events. This role requires a cheerful and deeply collaborative presence.
The Vibe: High energy, reliable, and ready to jump in when our calendar gets busy.
The Benefit: On-call availability; join us for the “Grand Reveals” that fit your schedule.
Future Leadership Opportunity
Lead Decorator & Production Manager (Part-Time Lead)
This is our Creative Director’s hands and voice on site, who takes her design plans and bring our clients’ bespoke event visions to life.
a high-level role for a seasoned professional with the right personality who can work alongside the Lead Creative Visionary Designer of Always June, having the ability to take her design blueprint and lead the on-site team to execute it with precision. It a consistent, technical role for someone looking to be the “right hand” of our installations.
The Role: Working alongside the Lead Designer overseeing the physical setup and leading the team on-site, managing the setup timeline, and ensuring every detail of the design blueprint is executed flawlessly.
The Spirit: We are seeking a leader who mirrors the soulful, soothing essence of the Always June brand. This role requires a cheerful, yet calm, mild-mannered presence and a deeply collaborative heart.
The Personality: You lead with “Gentle Authority.” You are someone who possesses the quiet confidence to manage a team while remaining harmoniously aligned with the Creative Director’s vision. We prioritize3 a service-oriented mindset and a graceful approach over ego-driven or powerhouse leadership styles.
The Specialty: High proficiency in event design styling is a non-negotiable requirement.
The Eye: A seasoned professional who understands the Always June standard and can manage a crew with grace and precision. Must be able to “read” a design plan, maintain the aesthetic integrity of the original vision, perfecting every visual element.
The Always June Standards
Detail-Obsessed: You notice the one candle that’s out of place.
Reliable: You understand that “on-time” in the event world means 15 minutes early.
Professional: You represent Always June with grace at our premiere venue estates, like Norwood Vineyard.
Capable: Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods in varying weather (we love an outdoor vineyard setup!).
The Investment in our Team
Lead Decorator & Production Manager: Starting at $25/hr
